Letter Society FAQs

Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th. Orders placed after the 27th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join March 1st-27th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships during the first week of April. If you join after March 27th, your first letter will be the May edition)

Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time. Please email me at hello@theredthread.shop to get in touch. 

Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.

To keep membership affordable, Letter Society orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
