Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 30th. Orders placed after the 30th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join March 1st-30th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships during the first week of April. If you join after March 30th, your first letter will be the May edition)
Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time. Or, email me at hello@theredthread.shop to get in touch.
If your order has already been placed and you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theredthread.shop with your order number and new address. We’ll do our best to update it for you before it ships.
Subscriptions renew on the same day you originally subscribed. If you sign up on the 29th, you'll be charged on the 29th of each subsequent month (or the last day of the month if it has fewer than 29 days).
To keep membership affordable, orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information. If you're concerned about your mail, please don’t hesitate to reach out to hello@theredthread.shop. We'll be happy to help!
All letters are shipped in the first week of the month they are intended for. If you sign up in April, you’ll receive May’s edition, which ships in the first week of May.
All mail is sent via standard post so delivery times can vary. Please allow 2–6 weeks for your print to arrive, especially for international orders.
Mail getting lost is very unlikely but your first delivery can take the longest. It may feel like a longer wait if you ordered earlier in the month, as all mail is shipped in the first week of the following month.
If it’s been longer than 6 weeks and your mail hasn’t arrived, please reach out straight away and we’ll happily send a replacement
